§ 10-9.8. Registration fee
Currentness
Every application shall be accompanied by an annual registration fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00), which is nonrefundable. All such fees shall be deposited in the Agriculture Regulation Revolving Fund created in Section 10-9.24 of this title to be used for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act1 and the Oklahoma Poultry Waste Applicators Certification Act.2
