Rule CR 18. Pretrial Evidentiary Motions
Currentness
Motions requiring evidentiary hearings must be filed no less than three (3) weeks in advance of trial and shall be accompanied by an Order Setting Hearing. Any exception to this rule will be at the discretion of the trial judge.
A copy of all Motions shall be delivered to the assigned trial Judge. All Motions and Notices shall include all relevant statutory citations along with relevant facts and the relief requested.
