§ 508. Exemptions
Currentness
The provisions of Sections 1 through 7 of this act1 shall not apply to any municipality with a population of ten thousand (10,000) or less persons according to the latest Federal Decennial Census. However, unclaimed animals must be destroyed by an acceptable, humane method.
