§ 175.707. Written instrument required

WRITTEN INSTRUMENT REQUIRED
A distribution under Section 3 or 4 of this act1 shall be made by a written instrument that is signed and acknowledged by the authorized trustee and filed with the records of the first trust and the second trust.
