§ 5-107. Wrongful disclosure of information
WRONGFUL DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION.
If any employee or member of the Board of Review or the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or any employee of the Commission, or any employee of a governmental unit, private business or nonprofit entity that is allowed access to information under Section 4-508 of this title, makes any disclosure of confidential information or otherwise violates Section 4-508 of this title, or if any person who has obtained any list of applicants for work, or of claimants or recipients of benefits, under Section 5-101 et seq. of this title shall use or permit the use of such list for any political purpose, such individual shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not longer than ninety (90) days, or both.
