Rule 48. Felony Arraignments and District Judge's Day Calendar
Pursuant to Rule 25 herein felony arraignments shall generally be heard before the District Judge (unless herein or otherwise assigned by the District Judge) and it shall be the responsibility of both the District Attorney and Defendant's attorney that the time, date, case number, style of case, and counsel of record be recorded in the District Judge's arraignment calendars in Texas County and on the regularly called dockets pursuant to Rule 13 herein for Cimarron, Beaver and Harper counties.
