§ 114. Securities--Deposit with State Treasurer
The County Treasurers of the various counties of the State of Oklahoma are hereby authorized to deposit with the State Treasurer, for safe keeping, securities received by them to secure county deposits in county depositories; provided, that the provisions of this act shall be cumulative to the provisions of Senate Bill Number 105 of the Fourteenth Legislature of the State of Oklahoma,1 relating to the deposit for safe keeping of securities received by county treasurers to secure county deposits.
