OK 23 District Court Rule 27
Rule 27. Jury Terms and Setting of Cases
A. Jury terms shall be as ordered by the Chief Judge in Pottawatomie County and the Chief Judge in Lincoln County, respectfully.
B. Barring unforeseen emergencies, judges and all other Court personnel assigned to the trial dockets shall arrange their schedules so as not to be absent during jury trial dockets.
