§ 87. Jurisdiction of contests in Supreme Court
Exclusive, original jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Supreme Court over all controversies that may arise under the provisions of this article,1 and any city, town or place being a candidate for the location of any county seat in any such election, shall have a right to a hearing before the Supreme Court upon application filed and presented within thirty days after any such election shall be held.
