ROP 5. The Record on Appeal
The record on appeal shall consist of all matters that are available in the trial court file or taken by a reporter which have any bearing on the question on appeal. The transcript of the proceedings in the Trial Division shall consist of all matters filed in the office of the Clerk in the Trial Division, certified by the Clerk and the transcript of evidence and exhibits certified by the reporter. The appellant shall be charged with the costs of the record on appeal, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
