Rule 15. Motions and Demurrers; Joinder of Motions; Omission of Defense or Objection as Waiver
All motions and demurrers shall be combined in one motion or pleading and filed simultaneously with the answer. All motions and demurrers must be presented and argued to the Court at the same hearing.
A party who makes a motion under this rule may join with it any other motions then available to him. If a party makes a motion under this rule but omits therefrom any defense or objection then available to him which this rule permits to be raised by motion, he shall not thereafter make a motion based on the defense or objection so omitted.
In the event that a plea to the jurisdiction of the Court or a motion to quash the process is presented, the respondent shall not be deemed to have entered a general appearance by joining with said plea to the jurisdiction or with said motion to quash the process other objections or defenses contained in said motion or answer.
