Rule 11. Notice of Hearing
Upon the filing of a petition for removal or compulsory retirement, the Clerk of the Court shall, upon order of the presiding judge, issue notice directed to the respondent named in the petition setting out the day for hearing said petition on the merits which shall be the trial date of the case and which shall not be less than sixty (60) days nor more than ninety (90) days from the date of filing the petition or amended petition, and said notice shall direct the respondent to file all pleadings allowed by these rules within twenty (20) days after service of said notice upon him. There shall accompany said notice a copy of the petition filed with the Clerk, including exhibits attached thereto; and said notice shall contain therein the place and name of the Court upon which the respondent is required to attend.
