Rule 1. State Capitol Building; Records; Place and Time of Holding Court
The State Capitol Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is hereby designated as the place where the records of the Court shall be kept and all proceedings and pleadings shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court at Oklahoma City.
The Court or its presiding judge shall hold court at the State Capitol Building in Oklahoma City at the place therein and at the time designated in any notice of a proceeding before the Court or the presiding judge thereof, except as may be hereinafter provided.
