§ 8-35. Nonliability of state agencies
Currentness
The Agricultural Experiment Station and the Agricultural Extension Service of the Oklahoma State University, Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources shall not be financially responsible for debts incurred by, damages inflicted by, or contracts broken by designated certifying agencies in conducting certification work as authorized by this subarticle.1
