§ 8-32. Persons, corporations, etc., subject to act--Certification, what constitutes
Every person who issues, uses, or circulates any certificate, advertisement, tag, seal, poster, letterhead, marketing circular, written or printed representation, or description pertaining to seeds, tubers, plants, or plant parts intended for propagation or sale, which contains signs, symbols, maps, diagrams, pictures, words, or phrases, including but not limited to “Oklahoma State Certified”, “State Certified”, or “Oklahoma Certified”, which expressly or impliedly state or represent that the seeds or plant parts comply with the standards or requirements approved by the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Agricultural Extension Service of the Oklahoma State University, Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, shall be subject to the provisions of this subarticle.1 Every issuance, use, or circulation of any certificate or any other instrument, as described in this section, shall be “certification”.
