Rule 3.4. Substitute Supervising Attorney
Another attorney may appear with a licensed legal intern as a substitute supervising attorney if that attorney meets all requirements to become a supervising attorney except that he or she need not have filed the initial affidavit or be on the list of approved supervising attorneys.
