Rule 44. Jury Panels and Release of Juror List
The pulling of juries shall be operative by means of the System developed by the Administrative Office of the Courts, for jury selection pursuant to 38 O.S. 18, (as amended), and 38 O.S. 18.1, (as amended).
At the expiration of five (5) court days following the date of mailing summons for the petit jurors drawn, the Court Clerk may, upon request by attorneys with cases to be tried that term of court, make available a true and correct list of jurors so ordered to appear for jury service. Any attorney receiving such list from the Court Clerk, any party to litigation, or anyone on either's behalf, shall not directly or in any way indirectly, have contact with any prospective juror that would affect or eliminate that juror's service.
