Rule 42. Argument on Law Before Jury
There shall be no argument to the Judge by counsel on any objection, evidence or upon any other point of law in the presence of the jury. If counsel desires to be heard in argument, he/she shall so advise the Judge, who, if he/she desires to hear argument may make proper arrangements for having counsel argue at the bench and out of the hearing of the jury; excluding the jury during argument; or, moving the argument into chambers.
