§ 6-509. Administrative or criminal penalty, assessment--Cancellation or revocation of registration, permit, certificate, license, identification, or order--Violations of Wildlife Conservation Code
B. Any person with a registration, permit, certificate, license, identification, or order that is canceled or revoked by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall be prohibited from obtaining a new registration, permit, certificate, license, identification, or order until after the date the canceled or revoked registration, permit, certificate, license, identification, or order would have expired.
C. Any person that violates the provisions of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code1 contained in Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be subject to the administrative and criminal provisions contained in the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code.
