Rule CR 19. Bondsman Requests to Sheriff
Currentness
Bondsman requests to sheriff under 59 o.s. §§ 1332 (c)(4), (c)(5), (d)(2), (e)(2)
Bondsmen Requests to the Tulsa County Sheriff under 59 O.S. §§ 1332 (C)(4), (C)(5), (D)(2) or (E)(2) may not be filed directly with the Clerk of the District Court.
Bondsmen Requests to the Tulsa County Sheriff under 59 O.S. §§ 1332 (C)(4), (C)(5), (D)(2), (E)(2) may only be filed with the District Court as an attachment to a Motion for Bond Exoneration or Remittitur and must evidence thereon a dated and signed acknowledgment of receipt by the Extradition Office of the Tulsa County Sheriffs Department.
