§ 6-506. Escaped farmed cervidae
D. Any farmed cervidae that escape from a farmed cervidae facility and are taken by a licensed hunter in a manner that complies with the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code1 shall be considered a legal taking and neither the licensed hunter, the state, nor any state agency shall be liable to the owner for taking the escaped farmed cervidae.
