§ 858-514. Registered sex offenders or violent crime offenders--No duty to provide notice regarding
Currentness
The provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act1 and the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders Registration Act2 shall not be construed as imposing a duty upon a person licensed under the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code to disclose any information regarding an offender required to register under such provision.
