Rule 41. Jury Sessions
The regular jury trial sessions will typically convene at 9:00 o'clock a.m.* and the dates on which jury terms will generally begin in each county is as follows, unless otherwise ordered:
TEXAS COUNTY
CRIMINAL: Second Monday in August @ 9:00 a.m.
Second Monday in January @ 9:00 a.m.
CIVIL: Second Wednesday in August @ 11:00 a.m.
Second Wednesday in January @11:00 a.m.
BEAVER COUNTY
Second Monday in September @ 10:00 a.m.
Second Monday in February @ 10:00 a.m.
HARPER COUNTY
Second Monday in November @ 11:00 a.m.
Second Monday in April @11:00 a.m.
CIMARRON COUNTY
Second Monday in December @ 10:00 a.m.
Second Monday in May @ 10:00 a.m.
*(The first jury trial of a term may begin later in the morning or after lunch if the jury panel for that term is qualified on the morning of the first trial date.)
