§ 4257. Criminal proceedings
Currentness
In addition to the power of the Attorney General or any district attorney to institute civil proceedings under Section 6 of this act,1 the Attorney General or any district attorney is empowered to institute criminal prosecutions for a violation of Section 3 of this act2 in any court of competent jurisdiction.
