Rule 12.11. Mandate
A. The Clerk of the Court of Criminal Appeals shall issue a mandate to the court in which the Judgment and Sentence was rendered when:
(1) No rehearing is timely sought in a case assigned to the Emergency Appellate Division;
(2) A petition for rehearing is denied and no petition for review is sought in the Court of Criminal Appeals as provided in these rules; or
(3) A petition for review is denied by the Court of Criminal Appeals.
