The gift shall be given and received contemporaneously with the occasion or at times when such gifts are traditionally given. B. An executive lobbyist may provide books and similar informational materials, including those in electronic, audio and/or video format, given to a state officer or employee of an agency for which an executive lobbyist is or should be registered as an executive lobbyist, so long as such materials are related to the recipient’s responsibilities as an officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma.
