§ 6-270. Jurisdiction of district courts--Subpoenas
The district courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce and to prevent and restrain violations of this act1 and shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this act, except as provided in Section 8, subsection D2 or Section 17 of this act.3 All proceedings for the enforcement or to restrain violations of this act shall be by and in the name of this state. Subpoenas for witnesses who are required to attend a court of this state in any district may run into any other district of this state in any such proceeding.
