Rule 12.1. Powers of the Division; Purpose of Rules
The Emergency Appellate Division, established within the Court of Criminal Appeals, shall have the power to determine or otherwise dispose of any cases assigned to it by the Court of Criminal Appeals. The Division shall conduct its proceedings in panels of three (3) judges and the Emergency Appellate Division shall have no en banc powers or jurisdiction. The purpose of these Rules is to provide duties and procedures for the Division.
