§ 271. Appeals
Appellate jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Supreme Court of this state to review the procedures employed by the Commission to carry out the provisions of this act and the Federal Natural Gas Policy Act of 19781, in the same manner and time as appeals are allowed by law from orders of the Commission in exercising their powers under the Oil and Gas Conservation Act.2 Such appeal may be taken by any person shown by the record to be interested therein.
