§ 6-206. Interference with persons engaged in official duties--Penalties
Any person who forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person while engaged in or on account of the performance of his official duties under this act1 shall be guilty of a felony and fined not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or imprisoned not more than three (3) years, or both. Whoever, in the commission of any such acts, uses a deadly or dangerous weapon shall be guilty of a felony and fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or imprisoned not more than ten (10) years, or both. Whoever kills any person while engaged in or on account of the performance of his official duties under this act shall be punished as provided under Section 691 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
