Rule 10. Parenting Seminar
In all paternity proceedings and dissolution proceedings involving minor children, the litigants shall attend either separately or together an educational program concerning the impact of divorce on children per 43 O.S. ยง 107.2(B). Proof of completion shall be filed with the Court Clerk within sixty days of filing the Petition for Petitioner, or sixty days of service of process for Respondent.
