§ 1843. Violations--Punishment
Any person violating the provisions of Section 1 of this act,1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisoned for not less than thirty (30) days nor more than one (1) year, or both, for each offense.
