Rule 4.1. Mandatory Form for Plea of Guilty Summary of Facts
The form set out in Section XIII, Form 13.10 shall be utilized for all pleas entered in the district courts of the State of Oklahoma, except pleas entered to motor vehicle traffic violations, fish and game violations and misdemeanors which cannot serve as a predicate crime for a felony. Provided however, the district courts are encouraged to adopt simplified plea of guilty summary of facts for misdemeanor offenses. Appropriate exhibits may be added to Form 13.10 as attachments to address local requirements.
