Rule 3.10. Motion; Requisites
A. An original and ten (10) copies of any motion shall be filed in this Court, supported by a brief, absent provisions to the contrary in these Rules.
B. The brief shall contain a statement of the facts and legal authorities in support of the motion. The counsel of record shall be responsible for serving a copy of the motion and supporting brief on the adverse party, with the exception that service on the Attorney General, will be made on the Clerk of this Court who will then post to the Attorney General's Office.
C. In the event the motion and brief fails to contain a certificate of service on the adverse party, this Court on its own motion may dismiss the motion or pleading of the moving party.
