§ 159.21. Administrative Procedures Act to govern--Review
Currentness
In the exercise of the authority granted by this act,1 except as herein expressly provided, the Commission shall be governed by and shall conform to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, Sections 1 through 25, inclusive, Chapter 371, O.S.L.1963 (75 O.S.Supp.1968, §§ 301-325). Judicial review of the Commission's decisions in individual proceedings shall be through appeal to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the appeal procedure shall be as set forth in said Administrative Procedures Act.
