§ 138.18. Financial interest statements--Public records
Currentness
Statements of financial interests required under the County Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act1 shall be public records. The county election board shall maintain statements of financial interests for four (4) years after the date on which they are filed, at which time the documents may be destroyed or retained at the discretion of the county election board.
