§ 159.13. Rules and regulations for applications
Currentness
The application for any such certificate provided for in Section 21 shall be under such rules and regulations as the Commission may prescribe; provided, however, that the Commission shall not act upon any application whether now pending or hereafter filed until it shall first have adopted rules and regulations relating to the issuance of such certificates.
