§ 158.60. Appeals--Precedence
Any party adversely affected by any action of the Corporation Commission under the provisions of this act1 may appeal to the Supreme Court in the manner now provided in Section 20 of Article IX of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma. All cases appealed to the Supreme Court from an action of the Commission as herein provided shall have precedence therein as provided in Article IX, Section 21 of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma.
