Rule 9. Cell Phones, Other Devices Prohibited
By rule of the Northeast Judicial Administrative District, use of electronic devices (phones, camera, recording devices or any other electronics worn on your person, etc.) is prohibited in the Courtroom and chambers. Use by any person of a cell phone in the office of the Court Clerk is prohibited without consent of the clerk.
