§ 904. Time of sale--30 days from death of decedent
No deed which was executed within 30 days from the date of the death of the decedent shall be approved by any county court. And it shall be unlawful for any person to record or cause to be recorded any deed, lease, mortgage or other incumberance which has been secured within 30 days subsequent to the death of the allottee, and any person violating the provisions of this section, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred ($500.00) dollars nor more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars, and may in the discretion of the court be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than ninety days.
