§ 310. Records and archives on termination of functions of offices, etc.
Currentness
All records and archives of any state officer or of any department, board, commission, agency or institution, shall upon the termination of the functions of that office, department, board, commission, or institution, be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this act.1
