§ 760. Enforcement of notice, demand or subpoena powers
The district court of the county where the person served with any notice, demand or subpoena resides or has his principal place of business or the district court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, may enforce compliance with any notice, demand or subpoena under this act1 by order, the noncompliance with which shall be treated the same as contempt of said court.
