§ 56. Inspections--Devices complying with act--Injunctions
The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall make periodic inspections to insure compliance with the provisions of this act.1 Any device which will halt unexpected ingress or egress from the interior of a frac tank shall be deemed to comply with this act. The Corporation Commission may institute, in the name of the State of Oklahoma, upon the relation of the Commission, any necessary action or proceeding to enjoin such persons, firm, association or corporation from continuing operations until such time when there exists compliance with the provisions of this act, and in all proper cases injunction shall be issued without a bond being required from the state.
