§ 762.1. Order for conditional examination of witnesses
Where the magistrate terminated the preliminary hearing pursuant to Section 258 of Title 211 of the Oklahoma Statutes and a witness subsequently refuses an interview with counsel for the opposing party, the defendant or the State of Oklahoma may apply for an order that the witness be examined conditionally.
