§ 46. Regulations--Enforcement of orders
In all matters pertaining to the regulation and control of gins and ginning and the business of such, the Commission shall have the same power and authority as is now exercised by it under the law as to any matter pertaining to the public visitation, regulation or control of transportation and transmission companies, and may enforce its orders against any person, firm, company, or corporation maintaining or operating a gin or gins, by imposing a fine against them, or either of them, not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the violation of any of its orders.
