§ 1529. Violations
Currentness
Willful violation of any of the provisions of this act1 shall be a misdemeanor upon first conviction punishable by not more than thirty (30) days in the county jail or by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or both. Subsequent convictions of a willful violation of this act shall be a felony punishable by not more than three (3) years in the State Penitentiary.
