§ 5. Supreme Court to give precedence to such appeals
All cases appealed to the Supreme Court from the judgment of the Corporation Commission as herein provided, shall have precedence therein, except as provided in the Constitution,1 and it shall be the duty of the Supreme Court to advance the same on the docket for immediate consideration and proceed to final judgment without any unnecessary delay.
