§ 2-2. Compensation--Meetings
Currentness
Members of the State Board of Agriculture shall receive actual expenses of travel pursuant to the State Travel Reimbursement Act.1 The Board shall meet a minimum of eight (8) times per year in regular session but not more than six (6) days in any calendar month. Special meetings of the Board may be held at the time and place as set by the President or at the time and place petitioned for by three members of the Board.
