Rule 12. Double-Sided Documents
Currentness
The Court finds that it is too cumbersome to photocopy double-sided pleadings, process, reports, documents, and orders. There is no statutory or Court-ordered authority to receive double-sided pleadings, process, reports, documents, or orders. It is therefore Ordered by the Court that the Court Clerk of Osage County shall not receive for filing any double-sided pleadings, process, reports, or orders.
