§ 652. Partition of common and undivided estates--Procedure
Whenever an estate, or any part thereof, consisting of either real or personal property, is assigned by the decree of distribution to two or more persons, in common and undivided, such estate may be partitioned in the same proceeding on the petition of any interested person in the manner provided by 12 O.S.1961, §§ 1501 et seq.
